Concrete is a heavyweight – both in terms of construction properties and weight. Molding structural precast concrete elements with featherlight EPS contour parts from Schlaadt has become indispensable for modern construction.
Styrofoam models help builders in the production of monolithic shaft bodies and channels, or prove themselves as lightweight, dimensionally stable void formers in precast concrete walls and ceilings.

This pays off: Construction time is significantly reduced due to the precision fit and properties of Schlaadt's precast elements, and costs are sustainably lowered. Thermal bridges and other obstacles are reliably minimized or completely avoided.
We cut the Styrofoam elements using hot wire. This allows for individual shaping - according to the latest construction standards and regulations - even in small batch sizes.
Schlaadt produces cubic EPS bodies up to a length of 4 meters from their own blocks. We also offer EPS rounds for the production of precast concrete shafts according to DIN V 4034-1 up to a nominal size of DN 2000.
